Happy, Healthy Bloodline
At Premier Exotics, we have been building our reputation as a trusted Pet Breeder in Wisconsin since we bred our first animals back in 2018. We take our responsibilities very seriously and strive to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all our pets. That’s why the happiest days for us are when one of our animals is adopted by a loving and welcoming family.

Our secondary focus is on preserving the genetic viability and sustainability of captive populations of the delicate, rare, and endangered species we keep and how much can be applied to the propagation of all other species.
Why do we raise and care for these exotics? We have a deep respect and love for all animals, and we want to share that and our experiences with other people. Ashley has over a decade of experience with almost every species that we have under our care.
Our number one priority is the well-being of our animals and where they go if they leave. We want to ensure that you are able to meet the needs of your exotic. Not every animal is suitable as a “pet” and not every home is suitable for an exotic companion.
We ship our live animals using United Airlines or Pro Logistic Express. They provide a same-day delivery service to your closest major airport, where you pick up. Your baby arrives at you within hours of leaving our home. Delta Airlines animal cabins are pressure and temperature controlled to keep your baby comfortable during the flight. We have been shipping our live animals for over 10 years and it has allowed hundreds of families and facilities receive their babies when driving is not an option. For long distances, I believe it is safer and faster for everyone than hours spent driving in the car.
If you live out of state and you would like to purchase an animal. Once your deposit is placed, we will confirm the shipping date and send you an invoice for the balance on the baby and the shipping. Once the invoice is paid, the flights will be booked. We call the airlines and arrange all bookings and complete all paperwork necessary. Once the flight is booked we will send the flight information to you for final review via email. See below for future shipping dates.
How Babies are Packed
Weather, age, size, and airline requirements are all things that we must consider before packing your baby for airline travel. We have many different shipping containers and kennels that we can use. We use our best judgment and pack your baby as spacious as we can. Babies are packed with food and water or fruit. We pack enough food to last for at least 72 hours in the event of a delay. For animals going to colder climates, I send babies with 96hr heat pads.
Day of Shipping
We ship out of California airport which is over an hour away from my home. The babies are required to be checked in at least 2 hours prior to their first flight leaving. I put the babies in their kennels and take them to the airport for check-in. At check-in, the flights are double-checked to verify that there are no current delays or changes and then left in the care of the United agents.
You will be provided with your Airway Bill that you can use to track your babies on DeltaExpress so that you will be aware of any changes or delays.
You will know the time that your baby will be arriving. If all of the flights are on time your baby will most likely be able to be picked up 25 to 45 min after the flight landing. The actual pick-up location varies by each airport. Some airports have a separate cargo building that the animals are transferred to off of the plane. While other airports pick-up could be at the ticket counter or baggage claim office. You will be provided your flights’ pick-up location within your flight confirmation email.
Shipping costs can vary but are typically within the $50-$100 range. Costs include United airline ticket, shipping containers, supplies, paperwork preparation, and handling.
